Golden Axe: Beast Rider debut trailer

Back in May 2006 Sega announced a new Golden Axe game for PS3 and Xbox 360. In the past two years a few shots of the scantily clad Tyris Flare have been shown, but not much else. Now the Golden Axe: Beast Rider debut trailer has been released that announces a fall 2008 release date.

The action-RPG sees a small band of Riders embark on an epic adventure to recruit allies, expose the enemy, and prevent the annihilation of their breed using nothing more than their brutal fighting skills, wits and even magic.

This is the era of the golden axe. This is the era of the beast.

Kind of reminiscent of Sega’s just released Viking.
