Konami announced that the Lost in Blue franchise is hitting game consoles for the first time with Lost in Blue: Shipwrecked! (working title), will be released on Wii in Fall 2008. The latest installment in the hit franchise, previously available only for Nintendo DS (the last of which was Lost in Blue 3: Small Island, Big Secret!?), will offer a survival adventure brimming with colorful 3D graphics and maximizing the interactive capabilities of Wii.

In Lost in Blue: Shipwrecked!, players will find themselves stranded on a mysterious island filled with lush forests, ancient ruins, and an active volcano. With the help of trusty pets and new friends, players can explore the mysteries of the island to find a way home, or make a new life for themselves and stay forever. Vibrant 3D graphics make the island environment, weather systems, and various items more life-like than ever. An island tutorial with a greater focus on exploration enhances the accessibility for new players.
Taking full advantage of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controls, Lost in Blue: Shipwrecked! allows players to realistically practice survival tasks, with more than 40 mini-games including fishing, carpentry, fire-making and other all-new cooperative games. Dependable pets provide players with an added entertainment feature by playing music or dancing throughout the game.
