Free God of War theme song for Guitar Hero 3 downloadable from PlayStation Network starting June 5
You might remember Xbox 360 owners got a free Halo theme song for Guitar Hero 3 last year, well now it’s the PlayStation 3 owner’s turn. That’s right, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock players on the PS3 will get a free God of War song titled “The End Begins (to Rock)” come June 5th, 2008.
This was revealed in a PlayStation Underground mailing list sent out by Sony. Listen to the song here:

You could also download the Orange Box theme (Portals i think) for Rock Band… not my favorite song.

Oh yeah you’re right, lots of free tunes going around lately. I’m sure that’ll continue later this year and Konami’s Rock Revolution could have the Metal Gear Solid theme music as a freebie.
