Unlock all Grand Theft Auto 4 codes, cheats and secrets

Grand Theft Auto 4 is finally released worldwide today. Time to unlock all these codes, cheats and secrets. All GTA 4 codes below work for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC versions.

First enter the Cheat Mode:
To turn on cheat codes, you first have to be in-game, then press Up on the Directional-Pad, this makes Niko grab his cellphone. Press Up again to access the keypad where you can enter the below listed codes to turn on one or more cheats of your choosing. Do it right, and you’ll get easy access to the Cheats Menu on your cellphone under Options.

Please note: DO NOT SAVE the game after turning on a code to avoid unforeseen problems during missions. Turning on cheats prevent achievements / trophies from being earned.

The cheat’s effect is followed by the code to enter into the cellphone:

Full health: 362-555-0100
Alternate method: Grab a health pack, or go visit hotdog stands and restaurants like Clunkin Bell to regain health by eating food there.

Full health & ammunition: 482-555-0100
Alternate method: To remove the Ammo Limit get 100% completion in the game.

Weapons Set 1 (for grenades, RPG, baseball bat, handgun, shotgun, sniper rifle, MP5, M4): 486-555-0100

Weapons Set 2 (AK47, Uzi, knife, Molotov cocktails): 486-555-0150

Remove Niko’s wanted level: 267-555-0100

Add one star to Niko’s wanted level: 267-555-0150

Change weather & brightness: 468-555-0100

Spawn Annihilator police helicopter: 359-555-0100
Alternate method: Kill all 200 Flying Rats.

Spawn Cognoscenti: 227-555-0142

Spawn Comet (the car, not an actual comet, sorry): 227-555-0175

Spawn FBI Buffalo: 227-555-0100

Spawn Jetmax: 938-555-0100

Spawn NRG-900: 625-555-0100

Spawn Sanchez: 625-555-0150

Spawn SuperGT: 227-555-0168

Spawn Turismo: 227-555-0147

Repair Vehicle Engine: 911

Show hidden items on map: Your cellphone isn’t the only way you can cheat. If you go to a computer and visit the www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com website, you’ll reveal all the hidden items on your map. These include: weapon, health, armor, vehicle, pigeon, ramp/stunt, and entertainment locations.

Get the Rastah Color Huntley SUV: Finish 10 Package Delivery missions.

gta for ps3 is freezing because of a psn bug. make sure you are signed out of psn or disable internet connection and it will work fine….worked for me anyway

I’ve got the money cheat for ps3 then translated it you get £100,000 at a time, i’ll post it on this site asap, i’ve got gta for 360 and ps3, my ps3 gta game works fine cos its 800gb . dont you hate those stupid heads that cant get gta to work on ps3 just go in to the console settings!!!!!!!!!! OH and how do you lock people in a car boot on gta?

Hi got the money cheat the cheat is ”369 555 0100” it translates as ”dow 555 0100” the downside it that it blocks all achievments except the 5 car rolles after one crash it gives u £10,000 a time

i got a ps3 and when i take my cell phone out and press up again to get a keypad it doesnt work so i cant put in cheats help!!
