Welcome to our Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock competition! The popular music rhythm game is out on Xbox 360, Wii, PS3 and PS2. To celebrate how awesome this game is, you’ll have a month (until March 12) to win the Guitar Hero III Bundle Pack (includes the game and guitar) that we’re giving away for the system of your choice.

What do you need to do to win? Answer this question: “What’s your favorite song in Guitar Hero 3?”

What are the rules? Winners must be located in the USA. All you have to do is leave a comment on this page with your answer.

PS: Isn’t it awesome we’re running competitions to give away five games this month? It gives you a chance to win one of three different games. You can win Devil May Cry 4, Frontlines: Fuel of War and Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock!

Knights of cydonia is the best song. It’s pretty much the only one that hasn’t been to heavily played on the radio, and even watching people play on expert it continues to look challenging.

Not to mention it’s an absolutely unique from the other tracks and still rocks your socks off.

The metal is a close second.

My favorite song in Guitar Hero 3 would be Rock You Like a Hurricane by The Scorpions. That would be my favorite song because it incorporates a great catchy rhythm and it endorses an ironic theme. Therefore, this song makes any small concert or party fun and rockin’. The platform of choice would be the XBOX 360 version if I won. I would like to also give thanks to the people at www.videogamesblogger.com for being so generous to give out five games this month for people that can’t afford them.

She Bangs The Drums -The Stone Roses

I love this song *so* much. It reminds me of the crazily fun time when this came out, the whole Madchester scene and the great music that seemed to be everywhere in the UK at the time. I can’t wait to play this. Guitar Hero is great - the harder the level you can manage to play, the more rewarding it is because you feel that much closer to the music.

er, and Xbox 360 version please!

I am torn between Through the Fire and Flames (by DragonForce) and Devil Went Down to Georgia (as made famous by Charlie Daniels Band, Steve Oumiette rendition). TFAF is just an amazing song but i think DWDG just beats it because it was originally a great song and Steve Oumiette made it even greater!

So i pick Devil Went Down to Georgia, hands down…

Black magic woman is my favourite song on GH3, i could literally rock on the guitar all day on this song. It’ amazing, i would love to my own copy of the game but unfortunately i cannot afford it. my brother has a ps3 so i would love to play this song along with others i really like in the comfort of my won home or even take the guitar to my mates house for a joint jam session. My favorite song on the game is probably Holiday In Cambodia by The Dead Kennedeys. I actually started listening to this song a couple days before the game came out to kind of get familiar with the song and now I can’t stop playing it at my friend’s house. My favorite song on Guitar Hero 3 is “School’s Out” by Alice Cooper. It’s the absolute best song in the whole game. (Wii version.)

My favorite song would have to be Through The Fire And Flames on expert, because it is definitely the most challenging song on the game, and it is immensely fun to play. You also get a serious sense of satisfaction when you beat it; hell, I get satisfaction just from playing the song, especially the twin solos. That is my favorite song on the game.
