Last secret character confirmed for Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Wolf completes the roster

Tomorrow, on January 31st, in Japan the Wii fighting game Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be released. Yesterday the game’s street date was broken and some lucky Japanese Smash fans got an early copy of the game that revealed 1 newcomer and 7 veterans for Brawl.

Now those same gamers have played through the game’s modes and as a result we can now confirm the last secret newcomer Wolf as one of the 35 characters in Super Smash Bros Brawl! Here’s what he looks like:

Wolf (from the Star Fox series)

Some of Wolf’s (clone) moves are:
B — Blaster. Less range fires slower than Fox and Falco, but looks stronger.
Forward B — Same as Fox and Falco’s shadow fox dash. Only Wolf’s goes slightly upwards too. At about a 25 degree angle.
Down B — Reflector
Up B — Like Firefox, only it doesn’t really charge, goes really high though.

WTF!!! that roster sucks hard!! where is ridley?? (besides the SSE) and dark samus?? this sucks, first they delay the game for like 4 months then they give us a crappy roster… nintendo sucks!!!

there will be a wider selection or more characters for the usa version after all they did say they were going to put in at LEAST 3 third party characters and if thats right whats not to say theres even more characters

Yall R nuts man, sure there was more potential for the roster but the story mode and final smashes totally make up for it plus this isnt nessacerally (spelled wrong) the final roster so hold yalls complaining till you know the facts

ya…. we should wait for the game to come out (which should have been ALOT longer ago) and then we can complain all we want. aside from the characters, the game looks amazing so far! if its not…….. BOY WILL I BE MAD

Stop ur f*cking whining the roster is fine if not great so what if ROB is in there is 35 characters and in melee there was about 25 so shut up and yes Wolf and Falco have the same moves as Fox.

You know what I’d like to see? Downloadable characters. Then Nintendo could just keep adding characters to their hearts content (while getting some great exposure for any new games thay make and/or making third-party characters for a small fee from their respective owners), and everyone would win.

…

But that’s just me dreaming, isn’t it…
