Last secret character confirmed for Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Wolf completes the roster

Tomorrow, on January 31st, in Japan the Wii fighting game Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be released. Yesterday the game’s street date was broken and some lucky Japanese Smash fans got an early copy of the game that revealed 1 newcomer and 7 veterans for Brawl.

Now those same gamers have played through the game’s modes and as a result we can now confirm the last secret newcomer Wolf as one of the 35 characters in Super Smash Bros Brawl! Here’s what he looks like:

Wolf (from the Star Fox series)

Some of Wolf’s (clone) moves are:
B — Blaster. Less range fires slower than Fox and Falco, but looks stronger.
Forward B — Same as Fox and Falco’s shadow fox dash. Only Wolf’s goes slightly upwards too. At about a 25 degree angle.
Down B — Reflector
Up B — Like Firefox, only it doesn’t really charge, goes really high though.

well i think its easier with wiimote and wolf is just like falco but even more stronger

Wolf is less of a clone then Falco just a bit lamer because the screwd around with his moves.I think if he had the same moves exactly as fox and falco but made all his moves a lot stronger than Falcos but made him slower and have a mid jump abilaty with above average recover that would b cool.Or give him completly different moves .

i finished the subspace emissary and i’ve gotten all the characters except Wolf. i was really disappointed because it took me 10 hours to finish(b/c the story’s so long) and the characters are pretty much the same as they used to be in Super Smash Brothers Melee. The game’s just too easy

i like the game, i never have high expectations for games so i will never be dissapointed, except for mario strikers charged. but i like the game, the only thing i dont like about it is that you cant form teams based on what the thing above them is, like, i wanted to be mario and luigi on a team, but i dont want a pink luigi or a green mario. and they got rid of the cloaking device, now its just an option for special brawls. i give the game a total of

the real cool thing is the music choice, theres a buncha music and that rocks, but i dont like the real short trial time for the masterpieces

the stage builder is awesome, like if you just wanna play around, you can make a stage for that certain thing., i just wish there were more unlockable backgrounds, or are there, i dont know yet, if somebody knows there are, tell me.
