Lode Runner remake coming to Xbox Live Arcade in 2008
Developer Tozai revealed a remake of the platformer-puzzle game Lode Runner for Xbox Live Arcade at CES 2008. The game will get 3D art, but still play 2D, and is planned for release in 2008. While the game is said to be true to its original gameplay, the developer will be adding some new features to the game including: multiplayer modes like the four-player Hang On mode and two-player Journey mode. Joystiq wasn’t able to verify if a level editor would be included.
