The art of violence in Dark Sector

Dark Sector is a third-person shooter where players assume the role of the protagonist, Hayden Tenno who gains the ability to morph into dramatically different combat forms. Set in the crumbling infrastructure of a fictional Soviet-bloc country in the near future, the game features both single and multi-player action, with players working their way through a world where bio-weapons are no longer science experiments, but a hellish nightmare let loose on an unsuspecting populace.

The developers of Dark Sector, Digital Extremes of Unreal fame, were interviewed about the art of the violence they put into the game. Check out the constantly evolving character animations and violent cinematic experiences of Dark Sector.

Dark Sector will be released for PC, Xbox 360 & PS3 in Europe on January 25th and in America on February 26th, 2008.
