Guitar Hero 4 and Call Of Duty 5 announced for 2008 in Activision-Blizzard game fact sheet


Activision-Blizzard, the new company formed by a merger between Activision and Vivendi, has revealed that it will be making new games in their franchises every year. Confirming Guitar Hero 4 and Call of Duty 5 for 2008.
Speaking in a conference call today, Robert Kotick, chairman and CEO of Activision, said: “You can expect virtually every one of those properties (its 10 multi-million unit-selling franchises) will be exploited on an annual or close to annual basis.” — Which is what was pretty much going on anyway.
Activision-Blizzard‘s pipeline includes: “Guitar Hero IV, Call of Duty 5, James Bond, new Tony Hawk, new DreamWorks titles, new Marvel titles and entry into racing with Bizarre.”
