Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 might feature a character creator
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is already talked about by the game’s creators. They mention always listening to fan comments and admit that was the reason why they added online multiplayer on Wii and many more characters in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 after Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 on PS2 and Wii. One of the features still missing is a character creator, but that might change in 2008.
To quote Atari producer Donny Clay: “Unfortunately there are some things that are requested by several different fans that we aren’t able to do just yet. For example, one of things we get asked for quite a bit is a completely custom character system from the ground up. Meaning players want to be able to build their own character with their own moves and their own look. This is definitely something I would love to do as well, we just haven’t had the chance to get this into a game yet. Don’t worry though I won’t forget.”
That should come as no surprise since the upcoming Dragon Ball Online MMO game also features a character creator tool that allows you to make your own Saiyan, Human or Namek.
In recent interviews the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 team mentions working on a next-gen game and being a fan of the Xbox 360, so my guess would be that the next DBZ game is coming to not just Wii and PS2, but also Xbox 360 and PS3. Makes sense for them to want to make the graphics look even better and have more online features. Throw in the character creator on top of even more than the 161 characters in the last game and you’ve got yourself Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4.
As the official DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi blog says: “When we’re coming up with a new DBZ game, we first think about what the fans on the forums and message boards have been asking about.” So what do you want in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4?
PS: There’s also a Dragon Ball Z: Budokai “Burst Limit” game in development for PS3 and Xbox 360.
Update May 19th, 2009: After 1.5 years of waiting, the first magazine announcement of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 has been revealed in Japan, where the next Tenkaichi game for Xbox 360 and PS3 is titled Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast!

well personally i want the z items to have no minus effects i can’t stand minus effects and the ability limit i also hate i liked on 2 how every item was 1 point and you can have 7 of them and also i would love there to be more blast 2 moves in stead of 3 blast moves. you can use like L2 left and trangle and L2 right and triangle for 2 extra move so theres 5 total blast 2 moves and also be would be nice to be able to make your own Character like what he wears and choose any blast 1, blast 2 and full power moves you want on him or her to have. also have more and bigger levels that you can send people flying though a mountain without the whole mountain blowing up have it to where the person can be hit and split the rock or be hit to the ground and the ground cracks or when you transform have it where rocks fly up and stuff like that and if you blow up the plant have it look different everytime instead of the old same looking one. and on the charatcer select have it where if you want to make a custom it only takes up have te screen where i can make a custom and my friend can make a custom at the same time becuase i and alot of people hate waiting for soemeone to make there custom 5 times and then the other person makes there 5 customs it takes a long time so that would be really nice. one last thing is on the rush attack i love the way brolys blast 2 move the hammer move looks you should make more rush blast 2 moves like that and on brolys you can make it where he run you though rocks or a mountain like he did on the movie to goku. alright thanks for reading this

ok ya should make the game on 2 DISKS the frist disk for the story mode to make the best posible looking story line ya can and the 2nd disk for the VS or two player so you can make the best possible graphics and more characters and bigger better levels ya can make and to get the characters for vs use that disk fusion thing
might cost a little more but if ya do it right the graphics should be freaking awesome
