I think that T4 should keep da 3rd person look but make the game more like the show. Please dont add any AF characters but dont leave any of the characters out. (teen goten, bulla, bulma, teen trunks). Also please make 5 energy moves a character. True fans dont care if 20 character have the same energy volly. As long as there are more moves, thats wats gonna make it better than T3. Three things T4 should copy from burst limit is first the aura burst. This would make the game so much like the show. 2nd I like the energy system of burst limit. on that game your energy fills by itself and the less you have, the stronger you are. This is much like the show because when they fight they usually dont charge first to do an attack. I also think that they should add some stuff from B1 took. On da show vegetas big bang didnt blow up the earth. It just left a big crater. This was also on the first budokai and I think it should come back. If a person get knocked into ithe groung, there should b a dent left afterward. If a kamehame wave or an explosive sheild hits the ground, it should also make a dent. If there are too many waves hitting the earth then it should blow. Moves like super spirit bomb or final flash or super kamehameha should blow it up instantly hurting all players. The move system should be like Marvel Nemisis. You should only be able to use your final move when your opponents health is on its last bar and your in aura burst and have low energy(so you would be stronger w/ low energy loke on BL). This will make it harder to use finishers like beam cannon, final flash, or spirit bomb. The 2p should have a co-op mode. A lot of people think every one on a team should fight at once and im along with them. This would also be like da anime. I think there should be only 7 areanas. Earth, Hell, Namek, Time Chamber, other world, Tournament stage, and Kai would. The levels should be like T2 story mode jist big enough to fit 10 characters. No barriers, if you fly too far just make them loop around.
Another think with characters: if im cell fighting cui or a bunch of sabimen, i should feel invinsible. If it was the show, cell could rip though them like paper. Finnaly for the story mode, dont spend all yor time on. Just though in some anime cutscene and then switch it back to the tenkaichi view. That way it would be better than the last and would teach new commers to the series. If this game is comming out for all 3 systems, thisis what dbz fans are ganna look for along with character creator. Please please please if you are reading this blog spike, please consider our suggestions in your game. We gathered this info from our school with hardcore fans and non fans. 76% of non fans think they would consider to play and/or buy the game. So spike we are asking you to please use tha suggestions in you next game

What they should do for T4 is add more of coolers henchmen, and friezas henchmen, and some other peoples henchmen, bio-broly, tora, all the rest of the evil dragons, piccolo fused with Kami, and piccolo fused with Nail.

Also you should have like 3 blast 1s, 3blast 2s and 2 ultimate blasts

the MOST important thing that I would want is a character customizer.
How you would do that is pick the race (human, saiyan, android, namek, or alien)(if you did the alien then you would choose a type like freiza or buu)
The next thing that you would do is choose the hair, clothes, face and body shape(the bigger and fatter the person is should affect how fast they punch)(the stronger they are sould affect the power of the hit and how fast their ki loads up
Then the attack such as if they were punching if they would do a flying kick, ki cannon, polling hammer, heavy finish etc.)
Then you would choose the blast 1s such as give me energy, wild sense etc.
Then the blast 2s. What you would to for this is choose how many rushes or blasts that you want then if you picked a rush then you would choose surtain parts of someone elses rush attack and just add them together (but there should be a limit to how many other people rushes you choose from)(you could also add things like hitting them away or throwing them to the ground in between the parts of the rush.) Then for the blast you would choose a kamehameha or death beam or something like that
Then for the ultimate blast yo either choose a rush or a power beam or something like a spirit bomb. Or you could even do a rush finished off by a blast (which is what I would do).
Then you guys could figure out how much everything costs to buy stuff to do this. Such as the more transformations your person has it should cost more, and you should have to buy character creator from the shop
I cannot wait until the next DBZ game!!

and
also budokai 2s what if characters
teincha(tien and yamacha fusion)
gokule(hercule and goku fusion)

and also setting blast 1or2 like in the budokai’s
and
dbz history where we could play the old tenkaichi’s with all characters unlocked already

They should have goten as an adult and super sayan. And all shadow dragons. Long story line

they should alot more fusions like
goku and gohan=Gokan
MUST: Piccolo and Tien= Tienolo
teen trunks and teen goten=teen Trunten
Majin Buu (good) and Dodoria- Buu-oria
and always have people in super saiyan 2 form cause only some peeps have super saiyan 2. AND IN super saiyan 2 u should be faster. I think super saiyan 2 would go good with super Vegito cause he’s fast.
some changes:
have only super saiyen Gohan, but him a super saiyan 4.
Ultimate Gohan will act like a better Super saiyan 2. he will act like super saiyan 2 but better. so its like super saiyan 3.
for Vegeta
instead of super saiyan majin vegeta they should have super saiyan 2 majin vegeta because it acts like it and u can make it better like that too. Also have a super saiyan super majin vegeta and this will act like a super saiyan 3. im doing this for the fans who want super saiyan forms for the people they like in the anime who never acheived super saiyan 3, 4 or 2. so im letting them get what they want but making them the same just with a little change. like i did with super saiyan super majin vegeta, and that will act like a super saiyan 3.
