The new Turok FPS game for Xbox 360 & PS3 from developer Propaganda Games is getting an in-store demo.
You can pre-order Turok for $5 at your local GameStop from early November, after which you’ll get a Turok T-shirt and a 30-minute Xbox 360 version Turok demo of the upcoming title that’s due for February 5th, 2008. You can also get the demo at Best Buy sometime in December.
During a visit to IGN the developers revealed that while the demo will be locked on normal mode (and taking place during the first quarter of the game without revealing the game’s opening) the final game will feature three difficulty levels. The game’s 16-person multiplayer will be online only and include ten maps! Seven for competitive play (deathmatch, team deathmatch, capture the flag, assault capture the flag and war games, an objective-based battle) and three for co-op, a mode that won’t just be a rehash of the single-player campaign but rather levels specifically designed for the up to four-players.
