Xbox 360 Wireless Controller in Pink and Blue colors released today
Xbox 360 Wireless Controller has been available in Standard White since the console’s launch in 2005, it was joined by the Black colored controller earlier this year and the Army Green Halo 3 controllers last month. But today the Pink color and Blue color have been released for a price of $49.99.
The official word from Microsoft says that these new colored controllers are “using optimized technology, so you can enjoy a 30-foot range and up to 40 hours of life on the two included AA batteries,” although I’m sure they are the same. Regardless, the Play & Charge Kit is advised for uninterrupted play. A more fitting announcement might have been, “It’s a boy and a girl! But they are both exactly the same as the other kids.”
