Ratchet and Clank Future delayed until October 30. Demo coming on October 11
Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction for PlayStation 3 has been finished, but the release date was delayed by one week until October 30th. The unconfirmed European date is still November 5th. Insomniac says they have been hard at work squeezing every last detail, dance move and tool of destruction that they could fit onto a Blu-Ray disc (while leaving some room to fit Captain Qwark’s massive ego). This makes it the largest Ratchet & Clank experience ever.
The developer is also finishing up work on an updated and optimized version of the E3 demo (which is also available at Gamestop if you pre-order Ratchet and Clank Future). The demo should be available via the PlayStation Network in North America by October 11. The demo will be of Metropolis, the signature level in the Ratchet & Clank franchise. The signature level… until it got destroyed in this demo.
