Unreal Tournament 3 may miss November release date
In a thread on the Epic Games’ forums, Vice President Mark Rein called the upcoming November release date of Unreal Tournament 3 for PS3 and PC into question.
In reply to a poster’s question about the authenticity of a German site’s countdown timer to the release of Unreal Tournament 3, Mark Rein replied, “We do not know exactly when the game will be completed,” Mark Rein wrote. “All we’ve said is that we’re hoping for a November release, but as you know we value getting it right over getting it right now, so there’s no guarantee of that.”
So for those planning on getting the game in November, make sure to have something else on your list in case they do delay the game further. The Xbox 360 version is still planned for release in early 2008, and if they do delay the game, all three versions will likely release in early 2008. — Via Epicgames
