In December 2006 movie studio 20th Century Fox hinted the December 25th 2007 movie sequel “Alien vs. Predator: AVP2” could pave the way for a new game. Today it turned out that the UK developer Rebellion, who created the PC classic FPS “Aliens versus Predator,” are working on the next game in the series.
The weird thing about it is that it’s not reported by a PC magazine, but by the Official PSP Magazine, suggesting (for now) it’s PSP-only. CVG has seen screenshots that point to it being a third-person action game, and it’s being published by Sierra.
No other details were revealed about the videogame. But the plot outline of the film it’s based on is described as: “Warring alien and predator races descend on a small town, where unsuspecting residents must band together for any chance of survival.”
This game is very interesting. IT attracts me both game and movie.
Theres no doubt the movie will be better then AVP 1 but this game….I have a feeling it’ll suck….
Oh man. Sierra make shi*t games. And its obvious already that this up and coming disappointment is going to be, of poor quality.
