Red Faction 3 sequel confirmed by THQ
After releasing the FPS games Red Faction in 2001 for PS2 and PC, Red Faction 2 in 2003 for PS2, Xbox, GameCube, and PC, Volition is now developing Red Faction 3 for PC and consoles.
“Today, we are confirming the next Red Faction game,” THQ boss Brian Farrell said during a THQ financial conference call this week.
No further details were revealed. Since he focussed on the success of Ratatouille, which shipped one million units in North America and discussed THQ’s strategy for the new fiscal year that includes games like Juiced, Stuntman, WWE, Frontlines, and MX vs ATV, reports Wired.
