PlayStation 3 (80 GB)Sony Worldwide Studios president Phil Harrison has a chat with the editors at 1UP about Little Big Planet, Home, and upcoming PlayStation 3 titles. To my surprise he mentions there’s no plan to schedule a fluffy bunny game for the end of the year, they probably assumed Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 would get ported at some point. It’s a pleasantly upfront interview that also talks about Wipeout HD, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Ratchet & Clank, and Infamous.

On the other end of the spectrum is Sony Computer Entertainment America’s senior executive and Chief Financial Officer, Nobuyuki Oneda, who’s optimistic about the PS3 selling less than that expected, because each PS3 unit is sold at a loss. So Sony’s loss is less than expected. To quote him: “Actually, because the number of units sold was not as high as we hoped, the loss was better than our original expectation.” Yay?
