Xbox Live bringing Comic-Con 2007 to your home between July 26-29
Comic-Con International 2007 is the largest comic book and pop culture convention in the world, with over 120,000 attendees. At the event every major movie studio and network shows off their best movies and TV shows, as well as a ton of movie/TV gaming tie-ins. Rumored to be shown this year are videogames from Lost and Heroes, as well as quite a few demos from upcoming games.
For those of you who can’t make it to the San Diego Convention Center in America in time for Comic-Con 2007 between July 26-29, Microsoft has got a solution for you. Through the Xbox 360’s Xbox Live online service they will be “Bringing It Home” during the con.
What does this entail? They’ve partnered with Warner Bros. to bring home Comic-Con to you on Xbox Live. Go to Xbox Live Marketplace and watch the panels, see the footage and download themes and trailer. For a limited time you’ll be able to get Dashboard Themes from DC Comics like on Thursday the Superman Theme and also a 300 Theme.
