Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 is a new Nintendo DS dual-game, the two names of the different version are: Time and Darkness Exploration Team in Japanese and Explorers of Time and Darkness in English. Developer Chunsoft has said the new versions will include the 107 new Pokemon introduced in Diamond and Pearl RPG. The release date is April 20th in America, June 19th in Australia and July 4th, 2008, in Europe.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 DS screenshotThe 16 starter Pokemon are: Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Meowth, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Munchlax, and Riolu. New game mechanics are introduced, as the Guilds, headed by The Master (a Wigglytuff) and its right-hand man, a noisy Chatot. The new versions are scheduled for release in Autumn 2007 in Japan.

We previously mentioned that the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon dual-game will be for Nintendo DS only and will feature WiFi online support.

March 28, 2008, update: Here’s a American TV spot that shows if you pre-order you get a limited edition game guide (always ask if your story participates in this, though). Here’s the video:

    Nuts are bubbling?… Wow. Sad. Why do people even bother with these retarded games? They have no point. It has no REALITY in it. The REALITY is:

    -If you’re 3-18 It’s normal.
    -If you’re 19+ It’s kinda creepy. I mean imagine a 40 year old sitting at his computer playing pokemon and getting cheats… WOW.

    The good ones are the adventures (Diamond + Pearl, Ruby + Sapphire, Yellow-Blue-Red, Crystal-Gold-Silver, etc.).
