Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 coming to Wii and PS2 in holiday 2007 with new characters Nail, King Cold & King Vegeta

Atari has announced Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is in development for Wii and PS2. Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 combines the lightning fast fighting and action that have made Budokai Tenkaichi 1 and Budokai Tenkaichi 2 the #1 fighting games of 2005 and 2006. Developed by Namco Bandai and Spike, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 will be released during the 2007 holiday season.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 delivers an extreme 3D fighting experience, improving upon last year’s game with over 150 playable characters, enhanced fighting techniques, beautifully refined effects and shading techniques, making each character’s effects more realistic, and over 20 battle stages. In addition, an improved control system for the Wii will allow players to easily mimic signature moves and execute devastating energy attacks as they are performed in the Dragon Ball Z animated series.

“Atari is incredibly excited to offer the ultimate chapter in the Budokai Tenkaichi series with over 20 new characters that have never been seen in any other DBZ video games such as Nail, King Cold and King Vegeta and battle stages that fans will love,” said Emily Anadu, Senior Product Manager, Atari, Inc. “Each year, the developers refine the game to bring fans closer to feeling like they are actually playing the show.”

In addition to the unprecedented number of characters and improved Wii control system, the environments have also been enhanced to feature day and night stages. The power of the moon in the night stages gives players additional ways to transform their characters and lets fans recreate some of their favorite memories from the show.

Because you guys O us from Tenkaichi 1 saying it was going to be a 100 characters but did not tell us it was including Transformations
so for the Finally Tenkaichi this should be at least 145 Characters not including Transformations

i thought this was going to be released on ps3 like many other’s claim-not that it matters. but i agree it should be ONLINE enabled. characters shouldn’t be limited to three special/vanishing attacks. When ultimate attacks are used it should be like the one’s on budokai 3. separete buttons for teleport so that it can be used whenever not just when getting attacked. The characters needs some refinements broly’s appearance on T2 sucks try to compare him to B3 he looks better at the game.

i dont really like the force fields they should take it down cuz it kinda in way while fighting then if there wasnt 1 we could have more space and we could fly freely

Atari, U should take off the forcefields and u should be able to make your own character and change everyone’s look and swap powers and have a lot of characters and not put transformations as different characters and and it would be cool if u could see people walking around and driving and stuff like that and what some the other people said about the tag team mode that would be cool if it could be like 2 on 1 like Goku & Vegeta vs. Janemba that would be so cool but the game would be even better if u could actually walk and run in stead of gliding around on the ground like jump and other cool stuff like that oh and if u could actually train like workout,lift weights and stuff like that but that is what i think but if it don’t come out like that i would understand cause that would take a lot of time or maybe not u could be saving it for another game of DBZ Like DBZ BT 4 or somthing like that well see ya if you want more of my suggestions email me at dorea_19@yahoo.com

i think you should be able to have an option called movie clips and you can go to it and watch all the movies or just the anime.
