The Godfather 2: The Game sequel in development at EA

A financial analysis document from Nollenberger Capital Partners reveals that Electronic Arts might already be working on The Godfather 2.

To quote: “Interestingly, we learned that EA is leveraging the significant amount of development time and costs that went into The Godfather game. The open-world engine was built from the ground up for Godfather, and is now being used by five different franchises, including The Simpsons. Godfather 2 is also in development currently, though timing is unknown,” reports Worthplaying.

Whereas The Godfather: The Game from 2006 was based on the 1972 film of the same name, the future The Godfather 2: The Game will no doubt be based on the 1974 Francis Ford Coppola directed film The Godfather: Part II.

More gameplay as Don of NYC, and be able to tell your family what to do. I found in the first game even after I became Don, my mobsters where still calling me kid and telling me what to do, so it was a bit unrealistic. More things should be added to each rank as well.

Another thing is after achieving Don, all the mobsters like Micheal, Tom all disapear, it would be good to keep them involved.

Lastly it would be good to see Aldo Trapani in the game again, the mobface thing worked well too.

Loved the game, spent at least 200 hours on it!!! Will defiantly buy the next!

loved the game, personaly this kicked all the GTA’s. Very realistic and excellent quality missions which GTA all lacked. Purchasing and storing of cars in garages and such should be added for the next game. I will buy the next game and the next if their is a third installment, which I heard has been planned as well.

Be able to play from the prospective of more than one person/ and add co op

Make the people more interactive for example allow pedestrians to do jobs for you for money. Put theifs, car jackers, even hitmen that will follow you secretly

When you kill someone you should have a search button so you can take money or weapons off them

More accessories nice watch

Environments you can use I want to pick up trash cans, bricks. Stores with Items I can purchase

Make a part of the game where I can only fight

Make sure there is blood

One thing: Online, so you can have massive amounts of gangs and you can fight each other daily to try to gain control of New York.

I loved the game. however i would like to add more options like clothes and accessories. I would also like the dialoge and game play to change as you move up the ranks and to be able to have people do things for you. The main thing i would like to see is that instead of leveling up with every thing like speed and accuracy, is to do it like they did in San Andreas. The more you run in the game the faster and longer you can run…. the more you practice shooting the better you get and so on. And the higher you are ranked the more health you have

I think they should make you be able to carry your character over from the 1st Godfather game. That would be nice to save some time.
