Midnight Club 4: Los Angeles racing to Xbox 360 and PS3 in early 2008

Rockstar Games announced the fourth installment of its Midnight Club franchise, Midnight Club: Los Angeles. Developed by series creator Rockstar San Diego, Midnight Club 4: Los Angeles will be available for the Xbox 360 & PS3 in early 2008. No word yet on if Rockstar are using real-life cars or designing their own.

“Midnight Club’s addictive blend of freedom, style and sheer sense of speed sets it apart from its competition,” said Sam Houser, Founder and Executive Producer of Rockstar Games. “With Midnight Club: Los Angeles, Rockstar San Diego looks to once again push the boundaries and expectations of what a racing game can be. Rockstar San Diego has always been the technology leader in delivering the ultimate racing experience, and with this game, they are looking to re-define the idea of a completely immersive racing game experience, both offline and online.”

“On prior consoles, the Midnight Club franchise continually raised the bar for racing games, evolving from being the first ever street racing game to setting the defining standard for credibly integrating street racing culture with an intense racing experience,” said Jay Panek, Producer of the Midnight Club series.

He continued: “With Midnight Club: Los Angeles, our goal is to evolve on all possible levels and stay true to the hardcore gaming experience the series is known for, while making it accessible to casual gamers and car enthusiasts.”

They should put that thing, where you can drop the car as low as you want, but a certain level as in real life. Oh, and head and fog lights where you can change the color. Big exhausts tips where you can turn it to a certain angle, as in a little to the right or left and with that, pointing kind of up word.

Yea what about PS2. U can’t forget dat. Come ON WHAT IS WRONG Wit u. that is da only game system i have. u can’t just stop making ps2 games all of a sudden. @ least make it 4 PSP.

Well, you have to thing about it, the reason why its only going to be for xbox 360 and Ps3, is because the system cant hack the graphics, and ps2, xbox original and psp, dont have the engines and chip to work with it. It would have a lot of freezen problems, and it would not work perfectly. While 360 and ps3 maybe have more then they can supply. Meaning that it can do better with just an update. In 2009, everything should be blue ray ( PS3 ) and HDMI ( Xbox 360 ), so get rid of all of your system, sell it at game stop, and upgrade. Its a lot of money to spend on a new system, but i’m telling you, its worth it.

Well, how bout we wait until they give us previews about the game and stop bragging. Ps2 this, psp that. Just wait and see, i have 360, so i should be good. Catch my gamertag, Acura sc on the Xbox 360. Peace. Oh and i’m hearing roomers, that Midnightclub4 is coming out in the summer time now. Lets hope its not true.

I ‘ve seen some street racing, ( dont worry if its videos or not ) and i seen some parts that they can add to the game, like flame kits, ( type it on you tube ) and other mods. I know Rockstar is going to be struggling with, what cars should they put. Most of the street racing cars are mostly, Dodge neon’s srt-4′s, Evo 8 and 9, Honda civic coupe and Hatch, Scion tc’s, and some Luxury Sedans as well, but i dont think Rockstar would add them for a change. Since it has the new 24-hour time, it should be like real life when, the street races come at night, meet some were at either 12 or 1 o’clock and then later, they drive to a straight-a-way and then they drag at 2 o’clock at night. Maybe if we have some people like that in Midnightclub, we can do that and maybe race for money. Their are many times when the cops come and mess it all up, maybe if their should be some cops driving around in the game. A thing that i was thinging about, is a Radar detector that we can buy in the game, so when 5-0 come ( cops ) we have time to run away. Nice idea ha.
