Might be a little late saying this since just started playing this game a few days ago(and this game came out years ago), but for those who have the pc version of the game and cant get past the hospital doors, what i did was change my action button to my mouse wheel which helped get me past the doors after having an excruciating (but better) time wheel turning against the fatty then using my keyboard. short burst wheel turns seem to be better then fast constant and long spins (oddly).
