Everybody wants Kingdom Hearts 3. So does Reetesh who sent in the first movie that “was so cool that it sent chills down my spine.” The new video shows a teaser for Square Enix’s next RPG game in the Kingdom Hearts series.
It’s the extended, full cinematic ending to the newly released Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix + game that was released in Japan this week and might be released in English in fall 2007. You’ve probably seen the first minute and a half before from the ending of the original Kingdom Hearts II, but this cinema shows an extra four minutes of action. Watch it here, and click on the arrow on the bottom-right corner to view it full-screen:
Did Roxas just get frozen and is Mickey responding to his own Batman-signal?
Will Sora still be a main character?
KH3.net translated the text into: “The Keyblade is said to hold phenomenal power. One legend says its wielder saved the world, while another says that he wrought chaos and ruin upon it. I must know what this Keyblade is. A key opens doors.” -Ansem Report 8 & 9.
The interlude then says: “Master of Keyblade. The Lost Two. Memory of Xehanort. Chasers. Keyblade War. It all began with… birth by sleep.”
A translation of the action scene reads: “A sealed tale of truth… The fate of all occurs not by chance… The fate of all is inevitable… Each of their fates pass through and gather together. A new story awaits the awakening…”
Update June 2009: In a recent interview with Tetsuya Nomura, the creative director of the Kingdom Hearts series, he had this to say about Square Enix’s plans for Kingdom Hearts 3: “KH3. Even though I’m currently busy with Final Fantasy versus XIII, I’m also thinking that it’s almost time to start thinking about it seriously. Though it’s entirely possible that the next game in the series won’t be KH3.”
Update August 2009: Kingdom Hearts series creator Tetsuya Nomura has told Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu that the end of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP will reveal more about Kingdom Hearts [3]. To quote: “I think there are a lot of puzzling elements, so maybe they’ll want to play the next game… And there’ll be a secret movie too.” He declined to say if “the next game” meant Kingdom Hearts 3, only stating: “The next game will be the next game (laughs)”
kingdom hearts 3 come out already for ps2 cooooooooolll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the video im thinking that the 3 chasers witch are the soldiers are Sora,Riku, and Kiris parents the blue haird woman is Rikus mom and the borwn harid guy is soras dad and the frozen guy is Kiris dad but then again that would be wierd cause the guy that gets frozen looks alot like Roxas.
That old guy has some nasty moves…..freak…..
yo da mon prabably lookes like
a old man wth a white beard and bald…
well bye go to youtube than kingdom hearts 3 and u will see.
if u read dis comment u will see it hopefully!!!!!!!
What the heck is with the weird spiky haired guy’s eyes?
Dear GOD Why was I born black insted of japanese(although I don’t mind being black)
Why does that guys eyes turn yellow? I think the two people besides Roxas are saviors or something like that maybe even old keyblade masters or soemthing. And king mickey pretty much knows everything and he probably knows what is going to happen in the future and he is determined to help in the big fight or something.
Its cool that mickeys clothes are black in this video in the rest his clothes are like sora’s just minimized.
I have two things to say first SilverDragonKnight i think your realy stupid if you were japanese you would have nothing more to look forward to because japan gets about all the games we do only faster so like naruto narutimate hero 3 is already out in japan came out years ago so im sure there bored now and we havnt even gotten the second one so be happy you got other japanese games to look forward to and i also agree with brad and Greenshadow but who knows Square Enix might suprise you.
The old man is wearing Ansems suit.. notice that..
