Grand Theft Auto IV first Xbox 360 and PS3 trailer released

Here’s the debut trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV that was released by Rockstar today. This first in-game footage shows how the game will look when it’ll be released on Xbox 360 and PS3 on October 16th, 2007.

This time around the third-person action adventure has you playing as a main character who has killed, smuggled, sold people & now heads to Liberty City.

“Things will be different” might refer to the modern day New York setting. Watch the same GTA4 trailer in 720p HD here.

Wow. I haven’t had any interest in GTA but this trailer is interesting. Seems like this game might be more serious in tone and deeper as far as story goes. I like the fact that you apparently play as an immagrant or illegal alien or some-such, it’s a very interesting character idea, and fits well.

The graphics are amazing! I’ve always been irked by the graphics in other games which weren’t so great.

Thanks for putting this online btw! I’m having problems with Firefox and I wasn’t able to download the trailer, so now I got to see it!

No problem, it does look awesome, and I actually think he’s a Russian mobster, at least he’s got the Eastern European look and accent.
