Wii Pachinko gambling game from Sega has online and Mii support
Despite recent rumours about Nintendo Wii’s third-party online and Mii support not being shared, it’s good to know the opposite is true, Sega Sammy’s Wii Pachinko gambling game (that’s short for Fighting Pachinko/Pachislot Victory Way! Sammy’s Collection Fist of the North Star Wii) has now been confirmed as incorporating Mii characters as well as using the online Wi-Fi feature of the Wii for a ranking system.
The game is set for release in Japan on May 24th, 2007, at a price of 6,090 Yen or about $50 / €40. Cubed3 reports chances of a Western release are slim-to-none. Still, outside of the just announced Pokemon Battle Revolution on Wii, expect more games to be announced with online (multiplayer) support for release after Q2 2007.
