Crackdown for Xbox 360The Xbox 360 exclusive Crackdown was released a few days ago on Tuesday, but its developer Real Time Worlds already wants Crackdown 2 for Xbox 360.

In an interview with CVG, senior designer Stephen Iannetta said that he would love to make a sequel to the crime-buster and take the concept forward. “We’ve learnt some lessons and if we did do Crackdown 2… I’d love to see it happen.

I think again it comes to how you can really choose how you approach the missions, and I’d really like to turn the contrast up on that. I’d really like to look at giving the players so many options at how they can do it.”

He closed off by mentioning they were happy with the convincing game world in Crackdown, but that he’d like to create a “more believable, functioning city” in the future. “I think if there’s one thing we can learn from making Crackdown it’s that it’s the city that makes the fun”.

I completely disagree with the above comment. Have you played Crackdown yet? Ive had so much fun just levelling up my agent and its the first game I have played where the achievements just seem to flow into the whole experience. Anyway gotta go play some more Crackdown.

Crackdown should just be called “Crack” because that’s what it is. I can think of some improvements but it’s a pretty sweet game as is. Think Ultimate Spiderman, Grand Theft Auto, and a little bit of Fable thrown in for good measure.

Sadly the first poster obviously doesent even have a 360 but still feels the need to put in a negative comment ? looks like the PS3 still hasn’t released any games then!.
