Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction title of their 5th game for PS3

Developer Insomniac‘s fifth console Ratchet & Clank game set for release on PS3 appears on the cover of March’s April issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly. To quote EGM‘s article:

“The name Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction works on many levels. It signals a new era for the franchise, ties into the game’s story, and includes one of our signature subtitle double entendres.” — Brian Allgeier, design director, Insomniac Games

Expect the game to be released sometime in 2007.

With previous games subtitled “Going Commando, Up Your Arsenal, and Size Matters,” I guessed Only With Protection for #5 myself, but a d*ck joke is a joke all the same.

r&c 4 sucked (to short,not an eventure)but #5 should be bettter and longer also it should be for ps2 not ps3 because all other games of r&c were for ps2 why not r&c #5

Rachet 4 ws to short and dum. i hope the number five will be like number 1 with the adventure and action tines 2 and it should be for the ps2 because ps3 are way to pricey

ps2 graphics are too crappy and the new ps3 discs can hold more information(better graphics and longer gameplay which everyone wants.)

I am a huge Ratchet & Clank fan. I own everyone so far. Deadlocked made no sense. With all of his guns I doubt Ratchet could be captured that easily.
I agree that Ratchet & Clank should be for the PS2, but I also know that the PS2 can’t support some of the grafics. Tools of Destruction better be good.

I think that it is stupid that it will not be out on the ps2 because, alot of people are waiting for the prices to go down for the ps3. I love Ratchet and Clank games so I will probably buy the ps3 just for R&C 5.

Ratchet and clank 1 was fab

Ratchet and clank2: locked and loaded was the best game ever

R&C 3: up your arnsnal was a nice game

R&C Gladitor was OK

I never liked number 3 or 4 so this one better be good
