Game Intro – Omega Boost

Believe it or not, Polyphony Digital, the creators of the Gran Turismo series, did develop a game on the Playstation that didn’t involve cars.

Called Omega Boost, it was a 3D shooter similar to something like the Panzer Dragoon games and was released by Sony in August of 1999.

I’ve never played the game but you gotta love the cheesy, yet cool, live-action intro taken from the Japanese version.

k, I have played this game and its really sick, kind of like a basic 3 d shooter, it was a sort of “sleeper hit” game that never really hit the shelves-got some really good techno beats in there and the gameplay makes me feel like I’m a pilot of a mobile suit from gundam wing, or Eureka 7 – check it out: its a good game to play on a saturday night when you got no date and a big bag of doritos
