“Remember when wishes came true? They still can!” Classic! And you can still tell it’s a N64 box despite the edits.
The original N64 kid video here. Via Kotaku & N64kids.
I knew when I first saw this video it was headed for greatness. I joined http://www.n64kids.com as a member and downloaded a free ringtone of him screaming “nintendo sixty four!!!” Great commercial, kudos to http://www.gsdm.com.
This is one of the most obnoxious commercials I’ve seen. I cringe when it comes on. What dimwit thought this would sell BMWs?
Notice that they altered the N64 box.
this is by far the best commercial ive ever seen. i think that jack is a moron. i bet you werent even a kid. you probably jack frost. see laterr
What an absolutely horrible commercial. Those brats sound like they are being murdered. If you think it sells you are wrong. The only thing I see are two obnoxious kids-it even scares my dog when it comes on. You might want to consider hiring a new marketing director.
THE COMMERCIAL ABOUT THE TWO CHILDREN FOR BMW (WISHES) IS NOT IN GOOD TASTE. I REALIZE THAT THE KIDS ARE ONLY DOING WHAT THE COMMERCIAL CALLS FOR, BUT IT SHOWS IMPROPER BEHAVIOR, THAT OTHER CHILDREN MIGHT THINK IS PROPER BEHAVIOR .
Attention: Idiots. Apparently a few of you morons commenting on this think the video was shot as a BMW commercial. Well, welcome to the internet for the first time. By the way, the CAPS lock on your keyboard can be turned off. This is an edited version of a viral video. It’s a real home video. The kids are reacting to the N64 they received for Christmas. BMW edited that video and took credit for it, and now idiots like ROY, jack, and Marge Bonney would think it was an original commercial idea.
My wife and I are soooo tired of this commercial, and so, I am told, are my wife’s co-workers. Nobody, it seems, actually thinks this commercial is cool. Exactly what makes the executives think that a couple of screaming brats are going to entice me to buy a BMW? I saw the original video a couple of nights ago and it made more sense in the original version; screaming kids or not. They were screaming, not because someone bought them a BMW, but a Nitendo. Makes more sense in the original version, doesn’t it? I hope next time the ad men do a bit more thinking and come up with something a bit more original, and maybe something not so harsh on the ears.
Oh my gosh! Everytime that commerical comes on I mute the screen. Never have I been so offended. What a terrible display of American children. I hope people from other countries do not see this. Imagine poor parents having their children imitate the screaming kids. Awful, awful, awful. Please remove it.
Just when we thought we had already seen the most obnoxious commercial on TV, (”Head On, apply directly to the forehead. . . .) BMW trumps it. Not funny, not entertaining, just totally moronic. Makes me want to go and have my tubes tied. Thank God for the “Mute” button. Whoever came up with this clunker should be tied down and forced to listen to it until their eardrums bleed.
