PS3 lines already forming in America

Nine days until Sony’s PlayStation 3 launches in America, and lines are already forming. A CAG forumer went to Best Buy this morning and saw about 7 people waiting outside. He went inside and one of the workers told him that they had been there since Monday. He immediately pondered: “Do these people have no lives?”

Of course the life of the waiting-in-line-for-almost-two-weeks PS3 fans isn’t made easier by a bunch of people coming to Best Buy and making funny remarks like: “I hope you guys brought enough food!” Another one said, “Where is the line for PS4? Is it on the other side?”

I wonder what life would be like if you had almost two weeks to just wait and do nothing. Do they take a holiday for this, or are they unemployed, at least the latter would make some sense, they could sell their PS3 on eBay. But these seem like PS3 fanboys, and die-hard ones at that. Hopefully for them they won’t be disappointed on November 17.

Sooo glad I am not working tomorrow. Tomorrow could be worse than Black Friday. Our store is attached to a mall so people aren’t allowed to line up until 6:00am. All hell is gonna break loose at 6am I am sure and those fatss mall security guys won’t be able to do a damn thing so we have state troopers coming..isn’t it a little ridiculous? All that for a damn playstation console. But I do have to say that 499 and 599 is a bargain for a blu-ray player. The one by Samsung is 999.99 and you can’t even play video games only dvd’s formatted for the player will work. So, in my opinion it is definitely worth the money but it would be a smart thing to wait and make sure there are no glitches in the system. I am not a gamer I do not play video games but it looks freakin sick and it made me want to play it. It is definitely the best console out there on the market hands down.

Everyone!!!!!!!!!!! Do not get the PS3!!!!!!! I just bought an Xbox 360, and I can tell you that its over $100.00 cheaper and just as good, (if not better), graphics and all!!!! The PS3 is a ripoff. Sony shall fall to Microsoft!!!!!!!! All make way for the future of gaming!!!!!!!!! America’s Xbox 360′s!!!!!!!!

the ps3 blows all the other gaming systems out of the water. If you don’t have an HD flat planel tv and you are buying a PS3 it is virtually useless and you are a dumbass. Who the hell gets a blu ray player to play on a standard tv? I hope all those idiots out there realize that they are not getting the full experience unless they have a HD tv.
