Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam with the Wii remote controller Versus Tony Hawk’s Project 8 with the PlayStation 3 SixAxis controller. A comparison video shows how both Activision games control. To be honest, they look very laid back & fun to play. Both games are ready for the new console launches.

I believe the Ps3 version looks much better and that the SIXAXIS was used in a much better way. It looked smooth and didnt seem to lag one bit. In fact the Wii version didnt show much use of the wiimote, i believe the Wiimote couldve been used in many more ways than just basic controlling. The Wii version has bad kiddy gfx just by opinion ;)

come on you guys. The PS3 game looks exactly like previous tony hawk games with a slight upgrade on the graphics. In fact I’m pretty sure they’ve used the same engine from the previous games. You gonna pay a whole lotta money for the same game in a new package.

To be fair though I don’t even like the look the Wii game, looks cheap, the controller will rule on other Wii games though.

The song playing during the demo is “Turbo Lover” by Judas Priest, Meeko

None of those games actually appeal to me, but I think the SIXAXIS controller is used better in this movie, because the freeroam skating is much better than skating down a hill.

    I am however not getting a PS3 but a Wii! :D
