Guitar Hero II Bundle for PS2MTV’s Overdrive game site show G-Hole got a preview of Guitar Hero II for the PS2, which is due November 7th in the U.S. It looks like MTV wasn’t supposed to share nearly all the song names they saw though, and probably after a firm warning from developer Harmonix, they were quick to remove/sensor all the new Guitar Hero II songs from the video. “Denni, did you play the first one? It had Fire it Up by Zakk Wylde’s band, Black Label Society; Crossroads by Cream (Clapton); Cowboys From Hell by Pantera (Dimebag); and Bark at the Moon by Ozzy (Rhodes).”

Don’t mean to be a nitpick, but Bark at the Moon was made a year or two after Randy died, with Ozzy’s second guitarist Jake E. Lee (Wylde came after him). I won’t hold it against ya.

“My friends and I have a great appreciation for Rush. They are the greatest thing ever to come from Canada.”

Adam, I love Rush, but I would have to put Neil Young and The Band, respectively, a notch above Geddy and the boys.
