“The Beast and the _Harlot_ is Aveneged Sevenfold.”

That would be Avenged Sevenfold.

You Really Got Me is by Van Halen and not the Kinks, that one was already confirmed

I think in the case of “You Really Got Me” they have it described in the game as “Made famous by The Kinks, as performed by Van Halen”. So I would imagine that some of the covers might be listed in the same way. Made famous by band X, as peformed by band Y.

Can we give the flaming a rest?
I don’t see Zeppelin ever happening in this franchise, They won’t even do iTunes. I’m crazy excited about John the Fisherman and YYZ, good to see two really underrated bands making it in here. Sweet Child will be awesome too, and Jessica’s gonna be crazy hard… i can’t wait.

Though that’s a good point about Maiden, they have great guitar players and they’ve never felt any shame about doing really commercial stuff with their music. I could see Aces High being pretty cool. I wonder where they are on this.

Damn..warpigs.

That’s a dream come true. I love my Sabbath.

Rush underrated? Primus yea, but Rush???

totally with you Punishment…
Rush is so not underrated and BTW too bad Bat Country by avenged sevenfold didnt make it. beast.. is good though

ROCK ON!! the CRUE! madeit if only it were kickstart my heart or live wire

For a game called guitar hero how come there’s hardly any songs by guitar heroes?!?! Where’s the Zakk Wylde, the Dimebag, The Steve Vai, The Malmsteen, the Randy Rhoads, the Clapton?
