Banjo and Kazooie return in Xbox 360 game Banjo Threeie

That’s right, at X06 this week Rare announced Banjo & Kazooie are making a welcome return on Microsoft’s Xbox 360. It’s not surprising considering how many fans (including myself) there were of the Nintendo 64 games Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie. I like how the pair of platform adventurers are drawn in their latest outing. Here’s the first teaser footage of a tentatively titled Banjo Threeie.

Ok, First of all both 360 and PS3 may have better graphics than the wii, but the wii’s Gameplay is much better. second of all, I agree with the other wii fans it should be a game for the wii. And #18… Suck it.

that sucks that the’re releasing it for the 360 they should put it on the Wii.. I know if ur truly loyal then u should get the 360 for the game.. but not everyone can afford one and plus Microsofts systems suck, theres always something wrong w/them and what stoping the 360 from crashing after u buy it?

The point is they should release it for more thatn one system so that atleast every or almost every fan can play it.

LOL @ microsoft and rare!…banjo kazooie is never going to sell to xbox nerds that like WWII games…banjo kazooie was for nintendo 64…most of the people that where fans of nintendo where fans of banjo kazooie..and all those people now have a wii! i would have bought viva pinata if it came out for wii….and look that game didnt sell at all on 360!!! LOL MICROSOFT JUST BOUGHT AN ANCHOR! LOL Suck my nuts rare! you lost out on alot of money! LOL its not my problem! i can live without it a traitor!

Banjo 3ie will not be coming out for Wii/Ps3 that’d be retarded because MS bought rare, they’re not gonna share it w/ Nintendo/Sony

I personally like the wii and 360, but it’s not coming out for the wii. deal with it

at the very least if /when it conmes out I hope it will retain its cute look

with everything having eyes and funny jokes

if it seems to have changed too too much then its going to loose a ton of fan support and love

You guys are all pretty much retarded… save for 24, I had a hard time even understanding what you were trying to convey. I got whining, bashing, and maybe some real attempts at communicating only to fail.

So I’m not going to go that route, as it has failed horribly. Fans of banjo kazooie, I bought the N64 for the sole reason of buying Banjo as well. Most people didn’t but Banjo as the system seller, more or less it was mario or something of the sorts. I have a 360, not because of rare, shooters are a fun break of reality. But this gem of a game won’t go unnoticed I will have to buy it. The thing is, when you try to say that the system will die because of a game, realize the ps3 is doing poorly, the wii can’t get the shipments/wonders of building the system out and the xbox, well they are doing fine. So with multiple games out there to support the system, this game won’t really be a system seller. You never know though, I’m a fan of the series, but there might be a little kid out there wanting a 360 solely for this game.

In retrospect, in an interview with rare that I was watching on youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYREWTfsmVo) they hint at the fact the story might not be a full continuation at all, maybe more of a new start. Which would quell the fight over the classic on a new system; new things always change the masses opinions.

Everyone who wants it on either PS3 or Wii, you’re idiots. Rare don’t like PS3 and refuse to make any games for Sony. They don’t work for Wii so they won’t make games for them.

Rare owns Banjo & Kazooie and Microsoft aren’t stupid enough to let other consoles have their games.
