"Fundamentalist" like what airiaso said consider themselves CORRECT and doing right for allah (who is the same as the christian god) In the Islamic faith there are five main pillars (similar to commandments) that state stuff like Pilgramage to mecca, daily prays, giving of money... etc etc..... But there is atleast another one that isnt as mainstream, that says to the extent, that Holy War is Permitted (the non fundametalist look at it as not ""WAR"" but the ability to defend their religon if threatened or scrutinized, and rarely do they get physically HOSTILE) Fundametalist look at this TOO plainly, they see it as "WAR we need War" "death to non believers"..la de da la de da...... And technically Thunder isnt totally correct in saying its just Al quieda, but fundamentalist as a whole.
