Me and my brother spent all day (literrally!) In the living room playing this game and beat it in 14 hours, without an FAQ or anything, and it was our first time! I'll never forget the fun I had playin that game...*sigh*..but now I'm stumped on twilight princess :l that sucks haha memories...anyhoo I had a really fun time readin' your review! While this game was a trendsetter in many ways, it has a few large flaws, most notably the "Item Experimentation" system where you have to roam everywhere and try all of your items if you get stuck. Maybe it's just me but that seems like a way to squeeze a whole lot of "gameplay" into the game and not actually provide anything new. As someone that grew up without an NES I can tell you that this game feels completely impossible to be coming into it cold.
