Far Cry Vengeance on Wii
Thanks to Ken for the tip. The Spanish site Ultimagame visited Ubisoft and where they got the first look at Far Cry Vengeance for Wii. They mention it adds improvements over the game Far Cry Instincts Evolution on Xbox.

Far Cry Instincts EvolutionIn these first images they say you can see some of the modifications that the gameplay will receive, as the interface is adjusted to the Wii. Although at the time there are no details about the change in control system, it’s expected the character controls will be very similar to Ubisoft’s other FPS, Red Steel.

The price is expected to be similar to other Wii third parties, around €50 (or $50). The game is expected to be released at the Wii console launch in November, 2006.

    nice news, nice exclusive pic.
    From what i know Farcry will be in the launch window (at least 1 month after offcial wii launch).
    Another thing ,Ultimagame is a spanish site, not french

    Mis apologías Nice. Thanks for the heads up, I made some corrections. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how the game will control later this year, especially since that’ll be similar to Red Steel which now uses the Wii controller in hand to hand combat (sword fights)!

    there are actually a couple more screens around, showing the player about to strangle an enemy. In this screen, it looks like the hand is a little well, N64ish, but I believe it’s supposed to be wrinkled like that. This is definitley on the xmas agenda.
