Penny Arcade the webcomic is written by Jerry Holkins (aka Tycho) and illustrated by Mike Krahulik (aka Gabe). In this interview by Gamehelper at Penny Arcade Expo 2006 (PAX06) they talked about their upcoming PC game “Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness” for which they write the text, and create the design and look for. They mention that each episode of their game will cost under $10.
