FIFA 07 and Pro Evolution Soccer 6 are Xbox 360 exclusive
For the next 12 months after release in Europe, Microsoft’s Xbox 360 will have the next-generation exclusives FIFA ’07 and Pro Evolution Soccer 6. So soccer/football fans owning a PlayStation 3 and Wii will miss out on these sports games. Don’t worry, it looks like it’s still coming to handhelds & PC.
Luckily console soccer fans with a PlayStation 2 (PS3 also plays PS2 games) or GameCube (Wii also plays GameCube games) will be able to play the game as well, but they’ll miss out on the pretty FIFA ’07 graphics based on a complete engine rewrite for the Xbox 360 version. Pro Evolution Soccer 6 seems to be an upgraded version still coming to the PS2.
