WarioWare: Smooth Moves on Wii also gets you active
A report from Bloomberg today mentioned a new form of “game” in development at Nintendo. Wii-based diet software. The Bloomberg report, issued following recent strong performance of Nintendo’s Japanese stock, made mention of the new software in passing. Nintendo is developing diet-related and other forms of software for the Wii.

The report noted that such titles, specifically Brain Age for the DS, have been able to target new users who aren’t used to standard game controllers. IGN mentions Nintendo is expected to reveal more on the Wii in September, or possibly before that at the Games Convention on August 23. Xbox has Yourself Fitness, PS2 has EyeToy Kinetic, so Wii Exercise makes sense if you look at Nintendo’s popular non-games.

    Arrrrgg! Need dieting help!
OK, so about 5 weeks ago I began to change my diet. The first week and 1/2 were great, went from 225 to 215. However these last three weeks or so I've seen NO difference.

I've changed my eating habits a bit – used to eat fast food about 3 times a week, now maybe once every other week. Used to drink LOTS of soda, eat late late into the night, etc – basically bad eating habits.

I work out every other day – I ride my exercise bike for 20 minutes (yes not much, I'm building it up every time I ride) and run some during the week.

However I seemed to have hit a brick wall. Can anyone make some suggestions? I can list my diet if needed, however I don't think there is anything wrong with that and my goals. Anyways…
    Thanks!

    Hi,
I've had several friends mention that they lost weight during their recovery period. What is the average amount of weight most women lose? I can

understand a few pounds for not wanting to eat, but some friends mentioned more like 15lbs. Is this true?

Wii fit is something different. I haven’t heard anything about a diet plan included?

I’m an exercise science major and I know exactly how you feel! But you have no hit a wall at all. When you first dieting, your body will begin to lose fat tissue. After about two weeks, your body will still be ridding the fat tissue, but now your gaining muscle mass, thats why the scale is not decreasing anymore. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing, you’re going to see a big change in about a month when you look into the mirror!
