Pokemon Diamond and Pearl features online co-op, trading & the battle mode is shown in a new 3 minute demo video

This video just in from Japan, Pokemon Diamond & Pearl are looking good I’m putting up a list of new info below.
New features list!
* The Underground world of Shinou is a co-operative play area where you link up with a friend (Over Wireless and WiFi online) and search for items and Pokemon, tackling puzzles enroute. Fossils are primarily found here.
* The underground area is also where the secret bases are situated and there is a versus game called Flag Retrieval. Each person has a flag in their secret base and when connected you need to go to your friends base and retrieve their flag. There are Rocks and Leaves and many other traps that can slow you down or stop you on that route.
* The Battle Tower makes a return with global WiFi battling in a special WiFi Battle Room.
* There is a Global Trade Station where you can meet up with people online around the globe and trade with people or battle!
* The Global Trading Station allows you to put the Pokemon you’re willing to trade up and state what you would like in return including Pokemon Name, Level and Gender. If it finds a match that the trainers agree to, a trade is done. If not then it stays on the system until you cancel. You can also look at the Pokemon open for trades and put in an offer.

The Grass type, Naetle, will have the ability Overgrow.
The Fire type, Hikozaru, will have the ability Blaze.
And the Water type, Pochama, which will have the ability Torrent.

i know you need a connecter for te gameboy advance and the ds.am i right or not?try it. if it does not work email back ok?ok!!!!!
cause i want to know so i can get my freinds dialga!!!!!!!!! he will trade it for a rayguaza.i have a level 100 swampert on my sapphire and a rayquaza and kyogre!!!!bye bye

omg i cant wait till my b-day then i’ll have the money to get a ds and pokemon diamond.It’s sad that i’m just getting the ds for the game and pokemon ranger so i can get manaphy but i dont care.Can’t wait!!!!!

I agree kids will just buy i DS for this game.Pokemon was one of my reasons why i got a DS lite.
It comes out AUS june 21, which is tomorrow for me in Aus.
I really want to trade someone for a Totodile when i get it!.

I already have the game but I have no clue howto get a secret base in the underground… and I have all this junk I wanna put in there…. Oh yea… and I already beat the champion! ^^
