Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories new PSP game release dates ($50)

Rockstar just showed their new boxart and announced release dates (listed below). On the box you’ll see some PS2 GTA: Vice City characters returned for the PSP game… Umberto Robina and “Big” Mitch Baker. The guy with long hair and a handlebar mustache is Umberto Robina, the Cuban gangster voiced by actor Danny Trejo (Heat, Desperado) in Vice City. The bearded biker riding a Harley-Davidson-like motorcycle appears to be a more youthful version of “Big” Mitch Baker, the Vietnam-veteran biker-gang leader voiced by the Six Million Dollar Man himself, Lee Majors, in Vice City.

This game will be so pointless. I mean, it’s just a remake of Vice City. And after being blown away by San Andreas, who would want to go back to Vice City? Sure it has more to it this time but, I think I speak for everyone when I say I’m sick of the itsy bitsy “city” known as Vice City. The same goes for Liberty City Stories.

Tyler, while Vice City Stories does play in the same city as the PS2 game and has some similar characters, the PSP game IS entirely new, so that’s something at least. I still haven’t finished Liberty City Stories yet, taking my sweet time, but by the time I do finish it, I think I’d rather pickup GTA4.

Hey Supadupagama, I guess you are right. I recently purchased Vice City Stories (I don’t know why) and it is much different than Vice City. And just like you, I can’t wait for GTA4. I’m out!
