Infamous Adventures has remade Roberta Williams’ classic 1986 hit, King’s Quest III, as a free download. Remade in VGA color to match later Sierra releases, and using the AGS engine by Chris Jones, IA promises to make an enjoyable 1:1 remake of King’s Quest III. They even made the game’s soundtrack available for download at the bottom of the page.

* Enhanced Close up cut-scenes and dialogue pictures help immerse you into what is known as the first plot driven chapter of the King’s Quest series.

Cool! The old ones didnt run on Xp and now I can get this.:D But will wait till the VOICE pack for this is released.

Yeah it sounds very cool. I never played PC games so I never got to play it. I still don’t but maybe I’ll play this one. Looks good.

OMG OMG, this is GREAT! I *loved* the original (and the whole 1-7 series). It looks like it’s point-and-click interface…this should help with that horrible mountain path. The KQ series was here long before Final Fantasy and is much better.
