Gears of War 2 coming (if #1 is a hit)

Yeah I know, what a surprise right? After making all the Unreal sequels, Gears of War lead designer Cliffy Bleszinski, aka Cliffy B, recently said that as soon as Gears of War is finished, he’s starting on a sequel.

To quote him from a Yahoo! News chat on what he’ll be doing in the future, after Gears of War. “Gears of War 2, I’d imagine.” The game will be out this Christmas.

Seems like Epic is confident that Gears of War will be a big hit, the game has already been hyped up as one of the most anticipated games coming to the Xbox 360. Right after Halo 3, of course. Click on ‘play’ below to watch the trailer:

in gow2 there should be a new monster like a bigger berserker with 2 machine guns attached to it. basicly keep the active reload, more lucust to kill and more guns but like big ass 1s like hammer of dawn but 2wice as powerful and more chnaces to use it.

gears of war 2 will kick ass. It will be better than halo 3.

gow sucks. the single player is awsome but the online sucks really bad! i played it for 1 day and got bored as hell. its only 4 on 4 over and over and over again its too dame repetitive they need more modes like maybe a capture the flag or something like that to save the online cause right now lost planet and r6: v r both way better!!!!!

Don’t forget Gears of War cuts straight to the action you dont keep pausing every 5 mins for a huge CGI cut scenes like you have in a lot of games,and because it has great gameplay and graphics you want to see it all so you play it more constantly(try beat it quick on berserker mode).take out the cut scenes in final fantasy or even metal gear solid and the game time will drop 70%.
