Coronet and Veilstone City), beat the Grunt and go inside after Cyrus talks to you. go to the back and click in the middle of the drawing. Cynthia (or the old lady, I forgot I've done that bit a long time ago now) will taik about the drawing your character was facing. After that, you will be given HM3 Surf (which will make you swim on the ocean if you have a Water Type Pok'emon) and you do whatever you have to do afterwards. I'm glad I can help!
