I received the thumbnailed photo (click for a bigger view) on your left in an email from a friend asking me “So you think you have a good graphics card?” The CryENGINE2 graphics engine for Crysis, launching Q4 of this year, can do some amazing things.
The German creators, Crytek, say the game has players battling their way through an alien invasion of Earth. You can watch some jungle Crysis footage from E3 last month, or check out some different enviromental in-game Crysis screenshots.
