City of Heroes and City of Villains get free expansion
NCSoft expanded on City of Heroes and City of Villains with a free expansion that will allow players to use new abilities and opens up a new dynamic PvP zone where players will battle other players for control of the space.
These mayhem missions “allow villains to enter instanced City of Heroes zones in Paragon City. During these missions, villains may wreak as much havoc on the zone as possible, reaping unique rewards and loot. The mayhem mission zones are destructible environments where villains can unlock multiple random events, harass citizens and battle the new Paragon City Police.”
